Art Alchemy is not about artistic talent, it’s about using art as a catalyst for bringing the innate creative magic within you, out into the physical world in the form of art.

If you can paint a wall or a fence, you can paint a canvas. If you made art as a child, you’re already an artist. If you are a human being, you are a creative being.

Art is a skill that can be refined through practice, but art in its purest form, is innate within us all.

It’s Human Nature

Every human, irrespective of current or past circumstances, will experience things in life that require movement. Creation moves energy and clears stagnation which can offer profound healing and clarity.

So many of our diseases are caused by energetic stagnation and by stress entering the body but not leaving the body. Art Alchemy is a way in which a very normal person without profound “artistic talent”, can use this gift of innate human creativity and not only create beauty from their very own hands, but move energy through and out of the body, creating healing, manifestation and strengthening intuitive clarity.

What is Art Alchemy?

Humans are natural Alchemists. Much like how we reproduce, bringing a child into the world, from conception, an energetic soul birthed into human form; The Alchemy of Birth is much like the Alchemy of Art.

We start with an idea, a concept, non physical until it moves through our bodies and becomes form; a piece of art. From conception to birth, from an idea to an artwork that did not exist in the physical realms until you created it.

This innate Alchemical ability that lives within our human DNA, is for so many people, massively underused. As adults we tend to live under the illusion that we are too busy to create, only to lead us to our own detriment, as creation is very much a necessary function for wellbeing.

We are more gifted than we know

Moving Energy through creation is not a thing of talent, it is innate. Sure, some people are more gifted and better practiced in some areas than others, but creation is innate within us all.

The 3 Pillars of Creation that allow for a deeply alchemical process to occur within our bodies and lives, are Art, Music & Movement.

We may not all be gifted singers, but our voice is still medicine. The frequency of our own voice has the ability to heal our own physical body through the unique vibrations it creates. Similarly, our voice creates a movement of energy through and out of the body, it is in itself, a tool for creation. Much like movement, some people are deeply gifted in this and yet all humans with the ability to move share this same tool for healing and creation. When we move our bodies, amplified with intention, we can somatically heal the stagnations within.

Dogs shake when they’ve been through trauma, children run around and jump and play constantly, yet so many of us as adults, forget that our bodies have this ability to move energy through and out of the body and that our energetic state we hold within literally creates not only our physical state of wellness, but the world we see around us.

So then we move to Art. Something we all loved as children and yet most of us as adults have unknowingly categorised away, leaving art for the gifted artists only. But Art Alchemy is here to remind you that it’s for you too, whether you know you are gifted but have not left room in your life for such things, or you know you enjoyed it as a child but have mostly left that creative part of you behind; Art Alchemy is for you to reclaim the artist within, the innately creative human, the natural artistic ability held within your DNA. Art Alchemy is a tool for you to enrich your life in whatever way you need it to.
